We
are seeking an executive compensation professional to be our subject matter
expert in our company executive rewards. We will rely on you to be accountable
for the development of executive compensation and benefit programs including
equity/long term incentives, deferred compensation and other executive
programs. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Design, administration, compliance, financial analysis, vendor
management, internal collaboration and consultative leadership of executive
compensation and benefits programs in support of business initiatives covering
incentive plans, long term equity programs, retirement programs, Deferred
Compensation
-Recommend plan changes and award calculations under
pay-for-performance plans and partner to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
of all plans/programs
-Ensure that plans are administered and aligned with business
goals and objectives and are competitive and best practice through benchmark
analysis
-Analyze and prepare materials for company's senior management
and Board/Committee consideration and compensation tables for annual proxy
-Serve as point of contact and ensure processes and procedures
are documented and remain current, incorporating internal controls
-Interact with HR team members, legal and finance department
members, company executives and external vendors and consultants
Minimum Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced executive
compensation and benefits professional with demonstrated expertise in design, development
and administration of executive compensation and benefit programs.
-Bachelor's degree in Business or Math, or equivalent
compensation experience; MBA or Master's degree preferred
-Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional
(CEP) preferred
-5-7 years of directly related compensation experience with 2-3
years of executive compensation experience in a public company
-Thorough knowledge of executive compensation regulatory and
government matters
-Exceptional analytical/problem solving skills, comfortable
working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience
establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment
-Proficient using PC and data base programs (MS Office - Excel,
Word, PowerPoint and Access or similar software)
-PeopleSoft experience preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to
interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing
decision makers as well as setting and managing expectations
-Proxy experience is preferred

The Ideal Candidate
Must have experience in Executive compensation and benefits
experience includes external market analysis, executive focal review programs,
employment agreements, short and long-term cash incentive plans, equity
programs, executive benefits, perquisites, deferred compensation, compensation
discussion and analysis (CD&A) and reporting requirements including
required tables, for corporate proxy.
